If you qualify, there are free nutritional programs through Virginia Cooperative Extension. The program includes six free adult lessons for one hour each (one lesson a week), recipes, and the chance for free gifts during certain programs. Lessons can be done in your home or at the Buckingham or Cumberland Extension Offices. Participants will also receive a free newsletter that includes recipes, games, health and nutrition information.
