The Buckingham Dillwyn Garden Club traveled to Nelson County for its May meeting.
It was held at a beautiful privately owned 1814 home in the country called Pharsalia. It is open for tours, weddings, etc. by appointment only. A garden tour was presented by Foxy Morgan, owner. Morgan is a direct descendent of the original owner, Thomas Massie. The gardens were beautiful, filled with flowers that are sold to florists and farmers markets. After the business meeting members were able to enjoy a lovely lunch and the rest of the premises.
