Tigers ODAC lacrosse semifinal game postponed

The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Men’s Lacrosse Tournament semifinal game between No. 3 Hampden-Sydney College (H-SC) and No. 2 University of Lynchburg originally set for Friday eveningĀ in Lexington has been postponed due to severe weather conditions, according to a H-SC Athletics press release.
Officials in the release noted that the game will now be played Saturday at 2 p.m., and it has been relocated from Washington and Lee University in Lexington to the University of Lynchburg’s Shellenberger Field in Lynchburg.
The release concluded by noting that the ODAC tournament championship game is scheduled to be played at Washington and Lee’s Wilson Field on Sunday at 1 p.m.
In their regular season finale, the Tigers (13-5) faced the Hornets on the road and fell 20-10. The Hornets are ranked No. 20 nationally.
