Loretta Janet Free, 83 of Farmville, Virginia, passed on May 17, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Sherman Free. She is survived by her sons Curtis D., daughter-in-law Debbie Nix, Mark W. Dix, daughter and son-in-law Carl Shank; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Tuesday, May 28 at 10 a.m. at the Veterans Cemetery, Amelia.
