Members of the Buckingham Dillwyn Garden Club attended an excellent educational opportunity presented by Teleflora at the Natural Bridge Historic Hotel on March 24. Program presenter, David Powers, AIFD, CFD designed numerous floral arrangements introducing new varieties of flowers while providing invaluable techniques in handling and treating florals.
