Timothy M. Bourne, 55, of Farmville, VA, formerly of West Point, passed away March 22, 2019.

After serving in the Navy, Tim spent his career of over 30 years in law enforcement. He leaves with wonderful memories and adventures of his friends from Amelia, Town of Farmville and Hampden-Sydney Police Departments.
His family thanks fellow officers for their care and support over the years as well as the Hospice of Virginia’s team of dedicated professionals.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents Roland and Christine Bourne. He is survived by his loving wife of seventeen years Crystal; sisters and their spouses Patsy and Steve Ogg, Dr. Belinda and W.E. Hooper, Vicky and Rick Reid; a brother and his wife Ricky and Mary Bourne; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, March 28 at Amelia Veterans Cemetery, Amelia, VA.
