Join Chris Cheatham, director of catering at Longwood Dining Services, as he leads a demonstration in the art of the cocktail at the LCVA’s Art After Dark series this coming Wednesday. As mixologist of the evening, Chris will demonstrate the techniques and ingredients to create both classic and new libations. Participants will have the chance to stir up their own zero-proof mocktail versions. In the spirit of this festive workshop, there will be the chance to win some great door prizes as well. Doors will open at 6 p.m. for refreshments, and the program will begin at 6:15 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. No registration required.
