On Tuesday, 6 p.m., at Buckingham County Middle School, activist the Rev. Dr. William Barber II, former Vice President Al Gore and Karena Gore are set to visit the county to discuss the environment, the Atlantic Coast Pipeline and the proposed compressor station in Union Hill.

The purpose of the event, according to Friends of Buckingham representative Chad Oba, is to promote unity and education in the county.
