Students in grades four through eight recently participated in a Spelling Bee held at Fuqua School. Competition was intense between eighth-grader, Holt Mason, and fifth-grader, Joel Layne, with Mason winning the championship round. As victor of the Fuqua School bee, Mason will advance to the Private School Regional Bee which will take place Friday, Feb. 1, at the Richmond Waldorf School.
