Numerous ladies, and a few men, from the church assisted with the event. Concord Baptist Church is located at the intersection of Francisco and Deer Run Roads at Sheppards. You can still get in on this series of meetings continuing Feb. 7. Or you can wait until the next series that begins Feb. 21, with a kickoff meeting that day. If you attend the kickoff, you can receive a 15 percent discount. And remember Wellness Wednesday at CVCHC where there is free use of the gym each Wednesday in February. Also, starting Feb. 2, CVCHC is offering a new class called TKO Dance. This is a hip-hop style exercise program that is sure to give you a great workout.
