John W. Allen of Buckingham, Virginia passed away on January 2, 2019 at the age of 68. He left behind three daughters: Anne Allen and Robyn Coleman of Farmville and Jennie Wilmouth of Keysville; eight grandchildren: Joey, Brian, Sabrina, Justin, Matthew, Adison, Brooklyn and Cody; and two great-grandchildren, Kelsea and Kaydence.

A graveside memorial service will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Rice, Virginia on January 10 at 1 p.m.
