Five County Fair livestock shows

The Five County Fair Livestock shows where held Sept. 24-27 on the fairgrounds. All showmen worked with their animals for several weeks or months to get their animals ready to go to the fair. The results are as follows:
Dairy Show, Holstein Show, Kelly Womack won first with her Jr. Heifer Calf. She also won Reserve overall Holstein. Brooke Landis won first with her Intermediate Heifer Calf. Bridgette Landis won first with her Sr. Heifer Calf. She also won Grand Champion overall Holstein Heifer. Henry Landis won first with his summer Heifer Calf. Chase Evan’s won first with his Intermediate Yearling Heifer. Brooke Landis won first with her Aged Cow.
Jersey Show, Mikayla Clark won first with her Jr. Heifer Calf, also winning Reserve Champion overall Jersey Heifer. Devin Letterman win first and Grand Champion with his summer Heifer Calf. Devin Letterman also won first with his Intermediate Yearling Heifer Calf Harold Landis won first with his 3 yr old Cow. Beef show results, Austin Geesaman won first and Grand Champion with his Registered Angus Senior Heifer Calf. Lottie Mae Hazlegrove win first and Grand Champion with her Registered Herford 2 year old Cow. Lydia Hazlegrove won Grand Champion Cross Bred Heifer. Mikayla Clark won Reserve with her Cross Bred Heifer. Grace Moss won first and Grand Champion with her Registered Gelbvieh Senior Heifer Calf. Austin Geesaman also won first and Grand Champion with his Dairy Beef Steer. Kelly Womack won second and Reserve with her Dairy Beef Steer. Sheep and Goat Show Results, Courtney Madison won first with her Jr. Ewe Lamb. She also won Grand Champion overall Ewe lamb. Hannah Geesaman won first with her Sr. Ewe Lamb, Hannah also won Reserve overall Ewe Lamb. Tanner Wise won first and Grand Champion with his Katahdin Sr. Ewe Lamb. Courtney Madison won first and Grand Champion with her Market Wether Lamb. Austin Geesaman won second and Reserve with his Market Wether Lamb.
Goat show, Courtney Madison won first and Grand Champion with her Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goat. Courtney also won first in the 6-8 month meat goat. She also Grand Champion overall Meat Goat. Hannah Geesaman won first with her 9-11 month meat goat. Gabriel Moore won first with his 1yr to 2yr old Meat Goat. He also won Reserve overall Meat Goat. Courtney Madison finished off the night with winning first with her Wethered Meat Goat.
