Dr. Ulysses Samuel Washington, Jr., 98 of Dover, Delaware, formerly of Dillwyn, Virginia, died October 25, 2018. Services were held November 1 at Delaware State University, Dover, Delaware with interment in Holy Trinity Baptist Church Cemetery, Dillwyn, Virginia. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn and Bennie Smith Funeral Home of Dover, served the family.
