PRE-MEN’S DAY SERVICE, 3 p.m. of the Midway Baptist Church Men’s Ministry. The First Union Baptist Church Male Chorus of Richmond will be in concert. This year’s theme is “Men Maintaining Good Works” with scripture reference from Titus 3:7-10. Midway is located at 837 Guinea Road, Farmville. The Rev. Irma T. Watson is pastor.
PIG PICKING SUPPER, 5-7 p.m. hosted by the Prospect Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary at the firehouse, 45 Campbell Hill Road, Prospect. Donations will be accepted. Everyone is welcome.
SWEETS, SWEETS AND MORE SWEETS, 2-5 p.m. sponsored by the New Witt Baptist Church Senior Choir. All items homemade. A donation will be accepted at the door.

145TH CHURCH ANNIVERSARY, 3 p.m. at Peaks Baptist Church. Guest preacher will be the Rev. Thomas Tillerson, pastor of Gravel Hill Baptist Church, Pamplin, accompanied by his choir and congregation.
PRE-THANKSGIVING PROGRAM, 2:30 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church of Dillwyn. Pastor Stevie Trent and Second Union Baptist Church Choir, ushers and church family will be the guest. We are collecting canned goods, non-perishable food items, hats, and coats to be given to families over the winter season.
GUEST PREACHER, 11 a.m. will be the Rev. Miles Siler of Richmond at Forest Baptist Church of Meherrin. All are welcome to attend.

FEEDING FARMVILLE, a community project serving a hot meal to our neighbors within 30 miles of Farmville on Thanksgiving Thursday.
