Mrs. Thelma Dell Lee, age 83 of Keysville, died on October 12, 2018 in Meherrin. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Herman Eggleston, Sr. and Mrs. Mary Harding Eggleston. She was married to Mr. Louis Lee of Keysville.

She is survived by her husband, Mr. Louis Lee, Sr. of Keysville; eleven children, Elvis Lee (Darlene) and Terri Robertson (Timothy) of Meherrin, Alexander Lee of Danville, Maurice Lee, Sr. (Michelle) and Darlene Colbert of Keysville, Daren Lee (Johnay) of Bedford, Sheri Lee and Brian Lee, Sr. (Tawana) of Farmville, Carolyn Bunch of Richmond, Diane Dupree (Gerald) of Prince George, and Tracey Carrington (Juan) of Drakes Branch; twenty-nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; thirty-five great-great grandchildren; four sisters, Dorothy Townsend and Mabel Walton of Meherrin, Agnes Taylor of Landover, MD and Dorothy Fowlkes of MD; five brother, Bennie Eggleston, Sr. of North Carolina, Herman Eggleston, Jr. (Claudette), Johnny Eggleston, Sr. (Marion) and Harold Eggleston, all of Lunenburg, and Harvey Eggleston (Mary Alice) of Crewe; three sisters-in-law; dear friends, Clay Marshall of Meherrin and Rebecca Foster of Crewe; and a host of other relatives and friends.
