Randy Wayne Jones, age 63, of Farmville, VA, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 20, 2018. Randy was the son of the late Lucy Newcomb Bentley and Clifton Wiley Jones, Sr. He is survived by his daughter, Destinee Ann Jones and her mother Yvonne Renea Dalton, his stepdaughter, Dianna Leber Combs. Randy is also survived by his stepfather, Henry Daniel Bentley, Jr.; two sisters, Bonita Hamlett (Scotty) of Cullen, VA, Elizabeth Burnett (Robert) of Keysville, VA, and Judy Jones Youngblood of Bacliff TX; one brother, Clifton W. Jones Jr. of Keysville, VA; and numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, H.D. Bentley III.; and his sister Debbie Jones Godin.

Randy will continue to live on in the hearts of many. He worked as a manager for Par Bils and Papa Johns, a teacher, and a corrections officer. Randy loved fishing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. He most of all loved being with his daughter.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, October 26, at Evergreen Cemetery, 50 Evergreen Road., Charlotte Court House, VA. A Celebration of Life service will be held following the funeral service at Emmanuel Bible Church, 401 Southern Drive, Keysville VA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Faces Food Pantry, P. O. Box 644., Farmville, VA 23901, in his name or a charity of your choice.
