Longwood University junior Morgan Mugnolo, pictured at right,  earned an individual championship in her bracket of the 2018 Blue Hose Match Play Invitational on Tuesday, as the Longwood women’s golf team closed out play with a 3-2 win over The Citadel on the 6,175-yard, par-72 The Patriot at Grand Harbor in South Carolina. In her three match victories, Mugnolo never had a match go beyond the 16th hole. “Throughout each round, I just did my best to stay as level headed and smart as possible,” Mugnolo said.
