Live at Riverside, scheduled for tonight to be held at the Farmville Community Marketplace at 213 North St. has been cancelled due to a forecast of scattered thunderstorms and a flash flood warning in the area.

“Due to the weather forecast for this evening, we have regretfully decided to cancel our Live at Riverside concert,” a post on the Farmville Jaycees Facebook page cited.

Prior to the cancellation, the event venue was moved from Riverside Park to the Farmville Community Marketplace.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning with scattered thunderstorms for Prince Edward County and Cumberland County until 8 p.m. tonight.
