RANGER CHALLENGE, 1-3:30 p.m. sponsored by The Friends of Twin Lakes State Park. This event is open to youth 14 and younger with an adult partner. Teams will compete in various competitions. Prizes will be awarded at 4 p.m. Parent may participate in more than one team. Register at the sport of choice on the day of the event. The rain date is Sunday.

ROUTES OF RHYTHM MUSIC TRAIL, 7 p.m. at Bear Creek Hall featuring Pete Mont. The event is free. Daily parking fees apply. Light refreshments available.

The program will pay tribute to men in black suits from the counties of Amelia, Buckingham, Cumberland, Lunenburg, Nottoway and Prince Edward.
