The position of clerk of the Circuit Court is a constitutional office with hundreds of duties and responsibilities, according to the Code of Virginia. These include serving as a Probate Judge regarding wills, recording deeds, executing and properly recording court orders, being the administrator of the Circuit Court, and being the custodian of the county’s records, just to name a few.

I have no doubt that C.T. “Nicci” Edmondston not only has the needed experience, but is up to the task.

In her two decades working in banking and her years in public administration, Nicci has gained the trust of the public as well as the skills she needs to operate the office of the clerk efficiently, with quality customer service as her main goal.

As you make your choice and consider the candidates, I urge you to support the candidate who I feel can work with the public, has the skill sets to run the office, and the ability to lead effectively — and that person is C.T. “Nicci” Edmondston.
