Finally the correct answer has been presented to town council.

As reported in your paper of March 30, Leigh Munsford gets it right: “… The Martins have every right to tear their house down. They do. But we have laws, and our zoning laws say you can’t build a certain thing back …”

The Martins must operate under current zoning laws. I think it is that simple.
