Group fitness classes offered

The Farmville Recreation Department is offering group fitness and movement classes five days each week on the second floor at the South Street Conference Center.
On Mondays, Yoga class is from 9-10 a.m., and Sculpt and Tone class is from 5:30-6:30 p.m. On Tuesdays, Yoga is from 5:30-6:30 p.m. On Wednesdays, Yoga is from 9-10 a.m., and Muscle Pump class is from 5:30-6:30 p.m. On Thursdays, Zumba class is from 5:30-6:30 p.m. On Saturdays, Boot Camp class is from 8-9 a.m.
