At a recent meeting of the Farmville Lions Club, guest speakers, Brad Watson and Stephen Blewett, explained the Southside Virginia Family YMCA’s recent financial turnaround, and how that is helping the Y meet its core objectives and mission. The Y is currently involved in a capital campaign to raise $575,000 over the next 3 years.
