The Cumberland School Board recognized Ginny Gills for being selected to participate in the University of Virginia/Curry School of Education SCOPE 13 program. SCOPE stands for Statewide Communities of Practice for Excellence. With the philosophy of, “Leading People, Leading Learning,” SCOPE 13 is a two-year leadership development program of high potential school administrators through the establishment of a statewide community of educational leaders and practitioners.
