Lancers celebrate Oktoberfest

Longwood University held Oktoberfest events the week of Oct. 1-7 which included a bonfire, an Alzheimer’s Walk and Color Wars — culminating with students manning booths representing various organizations and live music acts performing Saturday. Traditionally, Oktoberfest is a 16-18-day folk festival held in Germany that revolves around beer. See more photos here.
