She offers a suggestion to a developer

If Russell Harper is truly interested in building something to benefit Farmville, might I suggest a community for those age 55 and older? I’m certain he owns several properties in Farmville large enough to accommodate such a project. The nearest such communities are around Charlottesville and in Chesterfield with many located in Mechanicsville.
According to the AARP, Virginia is the third- most popular place of interest to retirees, and Farmville has much to offer them. We have a good local hospital, golf courses, the YMCA, fire and ambulance services, a movie house, bowling, restaurants, history and cultural events — thanks to Longwood University and Hampden-Sydney College — and for those who want more, close proximity to Richmond and Lynchburg.
I can only see a win-win for Farmville and Harper. He would probably find little resistance to such a plan. It might be something he should consider.
