The Cumberland Fair Association, a nonprofit organization in Cumberland, recently awarded two $500 scholarships to two graduates of Cumberland County High School.  Riley Giles is currently enrolled at the University of Virginia, and Shakiera Branch is currently enrolled at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
