Red Hatters meet for tea

Buckingham Red Hatters enjoyed a real English-style tea at the home of Phyllis Stafford, queen mother of the group. Dressed in elegant finery, with red hats blazing, the ladies had a variety of dainty sandwiches and desserts. According to a press release, the event was catered by Margaret Berry from Virginia Beach. The release cited Berry and Stafford have been close friends for 62 years.
