Only one person spoke during a public hearing for the school, asking that the board notify the applicant of anything surrounding the proposed location that could threaten its students.

The permit was approved with 13 conditions established by the Buckingham County Planning Commission, including the property beginning construction within two years of the permit being granted and the property following regulations from the county solid waste ordinance and other federal, state and local regulations.
