Foundation hands out school supplies, holds rally

Members of the Prince Edward County Elks Lodge and Eggleston Foundation organized a back to school rally that gave Prince Edward County Public School students in need necessary school supplies. The rally included comments from Prince Edward County Sheriff Wesley W. Reed, Commonwealth’s Attorney Megan Clark, Prince Edward County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Barbara Johnson, Farmville Police Chief A.Q. “Andy” Ellington, Supervisor of Bus Transportation Torrey Holmes and Carl U.
