Mary Kathryn Stewart, a rising senior film and English major at Hollins University, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2017 spring Semester. According to a press release, to attain this distinction, students must earn at least a 3.5 GPA average on a 4.0 grading scale.

The release cited Stewart is the daughter of Kim Stewart of Cumberland and is a graduate of Cumberland High School.
