Students compete at state conference

The Prince Edward County High School (PECHS) chapter of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) competed at the FCCLA State Leadership Conference in Virginia Beach recently. According to a PECHS press release, the team took first place for live culinary arts in STAR Events. “They will compete in the FCCLA National Competition in Nashville, Tennessee July 1-7,” officials said.
