LIPSCOMB, William Payne “Billy,” 83, of Woodbridge, (formerly of Cumberland County) passed away June 23, 2017. A funeral service was held June 29, 2017 at Sharon Baptist Church, Cumberland, with interment in the church cemetery. Bland-Reid Funeral Home, Farmville, served the family.
