The Omicron Rho Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. at Longwood University recently granted a scholarship to a graduating student of Prince Edward County High School. Brandon Scott, middle, was the winner of the scholarship and will attend a four-year institution in the fall. We commend Scott for his academic success and for receiving this prestigious scholarship.
