HOWARD, Anthony Scott, 28, of Charlottesville, passed away April 17, 2017. A memorial service was held Friday, April 21, 2017, in the chapel of Reid’s Funeral Home, Dillwyn. Reid’s Funeral Home, of Dillwyn, served the family.
