BROWN, Clara Doretha, 82, of Highland Springs, passed away April 16, 2017. A funeral service was held Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Union Outreach Fellowship Church, Cumberland with interment in the church cemetery. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville, served the family.
