Jessie Wilkerson Allen, was born May 17, 1922 in Farmville, and went to her eternal heavenly home on March 20, 2017.

She passed peacefully surrounded by her family. She loved her six children, 21 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Hugh Earl Allen; children Robert (Donna), Doug (Gail), Judy (John), Steve, Ellen, Greg (Beth), grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 23, at 2 p.m. at the Farmville Church of Christ.

Memorial contributions may be made to FACES or the Free Clinic of Farmville.
