On the morning of March 19, 2017, God in his infinite wisdom dispatched His angel to usher Francine Marie Branch to her heavenly home, which He had prepared.
Francine Marie Branch was born in Buckingham County on December 31, 1965 to the late Wilson A. Branch and Geneather Watson Branch. She attended Buckingham County Public Schools. She completed her course in school and graduated from high school. While attending school, she was a member of the Brownie Troop, participated in Special Olympics in Lynchburg under the supervision of the late Claiborne Johnson and she was in attendance of a six week summer school program, which she never missed a day.

She leaves to cherish precious memories a loving and devoted mother, Geneather Branch; a loving and devoted brother, Wilson L. Branch; god-sister, Andrea Woodson-Chambers; four aunts, Vivian Hayes, Geneva Brown, Deborah Jones and Jessical Branch; one uncle Thomas Jones; one great uncle, Sam Jones; and one great aunt, Geraline Jones; host of relatives and friends.
