Timmy and Jenny Davis, of Scuffletown, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Hannah Davis, to Andrew Ramsey, of Meherrin.

Andrew is the son of Sue Ramsey, of Meherrin, and the late Dave Ramsey.

Hannah’s paternal grandparents are Lewis and Peggy Davis, of Scuffletown. Her maternal grandparents are the late Wayne Duffie and Mary Duffie, of Saxe.

Andrew’s paternal grandparents are the late Henry Ramsey and the late Bertha Ramsey, of Wilmington, Delaware. His maternal grandparents are the late Bertram Parry and the late Marjorie Parry, of Meherrin.

Hannah, a 2009 graduate of Randolph-Henry High School and a 2013 graduate of Longwood University, is employed by Oakwood Homes of Farmville.

Andrew, a 2000 graduate of Prince Edward County High School, is employed by Trout River Lumber Company in Crewe.

A wedding is planned for April 28, 2018 in Nags Head, North Carolina.
