FARMVILLE — Construction on the roof of Johns Memorial Episcopal Church on High Street has resulted in the closure of eight parking spaces on High and St. George Streets.

According to a town press release, Jamerson-Lewis Construction “will be utilizing three public parking spaces along High Street and five parking spaces along St. George Street for the duration of construction. They will also be utilizing the area of Buffalo Street adjacent to the church, including sidewalk areas. It is expected that construction will be taking place for approximately one month.”
