Mrs. Annie Mae Johnson, 81, of Cartersville, Virginia departed this life on Monday, March 13, 2017, at her residence in Cartersville.  She is survived by three sons, Robin Johnson (Helen), Teddy and Cleveland Johnson; four daughters, Cally Davis (Nigel), Barbara Crump (Spencer), Caroline Brown (Raymond) and Ellen Haley (Luther); 18 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Ellen Liggon (Robert); numerous other relatives and friends. Her remains rest at Marian Gray Thomas Funeral Home of Cumberland where public viewing will be held Friday from 10 a.m.-8 p.m.  Funeral service will be held Saturday 1 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, Cartersville, Virginia  Rev. Sherri Thomas, pastor officiating. Interment will be held in the church cemetery.
