Camryn Morgan and Charlotte Powell are the recipients of the 2016 Hall-Harris Scholarship awarded by Kappa Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

Powell is an honor graduate of Buckingham County High School. She is currently attending Virginia Tech and majoring in Psychology. She is the daughter of Steve and Pennie Powell, of Dillwyn.

Morgan is an honor graduate of Nottoway High School and currently attending George Mason University. She is majoring in School Psychology with a minor in African American Studies. She is the daughter of Sam and Yolanda Morgan, of Blackstone.
