The Rice Volunteer Fire Department recently elected new officers to serve for the calendar year. We congratulate these new officers on earning their respective positions and working hard toward the mission of the department. We also thank these men for stepping up to the plate to keep our homes, businesses, roadways and possessions safe from harm and being such dedicated community servants.
