This month, we celebrate National School Counseling Week. Our school counselors do so much for the young people of our county every day. Take the time to thank them for all they do to contribute to building our students into productive and positive adults. Our school counselors include Palmer Castrodale (primary), Cathy Lightfoot (llementary), Christine Wingert (middle), Sue Miles and Alani Staples (high). Thanks, school counselors.

Several citizens of Buckingham County have contacted Lynne with names of their ancestors who were Confederate soldiers.
