Caboose is an adorable and lovable pup that truly deserves a second chance.

Found walking along the railroad tracks in rural Virginia, he is only 10-months-old, but has seen a lot in his rambling youth.

“He was skin and bones and had hair loss over most of his body, said officials with the Southside SPCA.
