Lee Morton, of Farmville, departed this physical life on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 to go on to Glory. He was born on March 23, 1954 to Louise Irving and Samuel Morton in Farmville.

Lee had an unwavering love for his family, his church and classic cars; he was the best father and grandfather to his children. He always found a way to see the best in people — he had a heart that showed forgiveness to the worst, a mind that forgot the bad and a soul that never lost faith in God. Lee’s desire was for his family to be safe, happy and loved, and they can attest to a life that showed this.

Homegoing services will be held on Saturday, January 7 at 12:00 p.m. at Mercy Seat Baptist Church 52 Kingsville Road, Farmville, VA 23901.
