FARMVILLE — Residents and businesses in Farmville will see no trash collection on Thursday; Friday; Thursday, Dec. 29; and Friday, Dec. 30 because of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Regular collection schedules will run through Wednesday. The regular collection will start back on Monday, lasting until Wednesday. The week of Jan. 2 will see regular collection and recycling operations. “Loose leaf pickup will end on (Wednesday) for the holiday period and will resume on Jan. 3 and run as needed,” officials said in a media release.
