CVA reception Friday at Riverside

Central Virginia Arts (CVA) will present the work of its members at a reception on Friday, 6-8 p.m. at Riverside Café, 522 North Main St., Farmville.
The community is invited to meet the artists while viewing the show and enjoying refreshments prepared by CVA members. Exhibiting members include Shirley Blackwell, Sandra Breil, Ursula Burgess, Marianne Dennison, Karla Ellington, Pat Howe, Nancy Lockwood, Debbie McClintock, Richard McClintock, Leah Olivier, Julie Shield, Margaret Stombock, Donna Taylor, Mary Evelyn Upshaw, Maggie Whorley and Janet Williams.
The all-member exhibit may be seen Mondays through Saturdays, 6:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. through January 28.
CVA, a partner of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, is a non-profit organization offering lectures, workshops, exhibits, tours and socials throughout the year. Artists and art appreciators are encouraged to join. CVA serves Appomattox, Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland, Lunenburg, Nottoway and Prince Edward Counties.
