Ruth Briemann Colvin, 83, widow of the Rev. William ‘Edgar’ Colvin Sr., passed away Monday, September 19, 2016 at her residence.

A Celebration of Life was conducted Thursday, September 22, 2016 in the Estaline Valley Church of the Nazarene with burial in Craigsville Community Cemetery.
