Looking to do something unique for Labor Day? Monday at 4 p.m., bring the family to join the rangers at Twin Lakes State Park to learn how to use the red clay, mosses, acorns and other natural items to create dyes. Using the natural dye, participants will create tie-dye T-shirts. Guests must register for the program at the main office by phone or in person. The program costs $4 per person. Please dress appropriately for the weather, as the program will be given outdoors. The program will meet at the interpretive circle by the “Spot” concession stand. For more information, call the park office at (434)-392-3435.
